e are happy to announce a completely new flexible workspace in MetaSpark. As you probably know, MetaSpark's unique dashboard is your hub for all of your work. The card-like interface brings all your tasks into one screen, so you can get deep work done - without distractions.

Since this dashboard is a central component in MetaSpark, we are constantly striving to improve it based on user feedback.

Our latest update adds drag and drop application containers and resizing to the dashboard. You can now bring your most important apps to the top, and adjust the size of every card. Further enabling you to create your perfect Deep Work OS Workspace.

Here are some tips on how to make the most of these new features:

  • Scroll through your MetaSpark dashboard to identify which apps you use the most each day. (Pro tip:¬†You can always review your Activity Feed if you're not sure.)
  • Move those apps to the top of your dashboard, so they're always at the forefront. (A lot of users choose to keep their email among the apps nearest the top of the dashboard, given how important email is at most organizations.)
  • Consider how prominent you want each application card to be. You can now choose between a 1, 2, 3, or 6 column layout. If you want every application to fill the screen, you can set it up that way. And if there are apps you're commonly using together, take advantage of a multi-column layout to put the applications of your choice side-by-side.

A core concept in MetaSpark is to enable each user to create the most efficient way of working with every task from around their organization. Each individual's workflow is unique; we understand that, and we continue to build features in a way that reflects it.
